KP included a link to this clip from the Ellen Degeneres show in a comment that was posted... OMG! It almost rivals the Richard Simmons experience, but in a very different way. (I think this woman might be somehow related to my Nana...) You MUST check this out... have I let you down yet? No, didn't think so. I really was convulsing in my chair the first time I watched the clip... **WARNING: do NOT drink water (or anything else, for that matter) while watching this unless you want to clean up a big mess from your computer screen**

OMG! I think that Ellen clip is one of the funniest things I have ever seen. I had to watch it twice :)
